mac is a timeout/flake but chromeos is something with regard to initializing a
remote desktop session. still seems unrelated but at least it's associated with
video in some way. if the retrigger doesn't pass i'll dig deeper

hm.. yeah, I guess the chromeos thing could be libvpx. That's probably VPx
getting encoded there, anyway...

lgtm assuming the chromeos bot goes green (and/or is not related to libvpx)

It seems weird for it to fail just there, in that way, and be related to libvpx.
One other patch triggered the same failure but the bot is mostly green, fingers
crossed for a green run:
