Temporarily make find_xcode.py prefix match on the tryserver

The bots (incorrectly) have a mix of Xcode 5.1 and 5.1.1 installed. This is causing failures. So for the time being, I'm converting the script to accept 5.1.1 when 5.1 is expected.

LGTM to stop the bleeding.

Long-term though, do we really want strict enforcement rather than allowing any
higher bugfix version to match? Seems like incremental updates will be painful
this way.

Labs has made significant progress on the speed at which Xcode versions can be
installed. I think it would be better in the long run if we had strict
enforcement and then asked labs to install new bugfix versions of Xcode across
the board, then landed a CL to manually bump the bots up. Just because that way
you can tell for sure what any given bot is doing.

We can discuss this further if you like, and make prefix-matching the default
everywhere. I just didn't want to change the behavior for any non-tryserver bots
because this is working elsewhere.
