Enable PIN browser tests on the waterfall.

This CL enables PIN browser tests on the waterfall.
It introduce in a timeout in ConnectMe2Me to account for the asynchronous
click handler hooking of the 'this-host-connect' button.

TEST=Test Passed on Chromoting waterfall.
