Not sure how best to phrase this so it gets translated properly. Also, I
wondered whether to add the bug-fix about the bandwidth usage when the app is
backgrounded. But I couldn't think of a simple way of phrasing it.

How about just "User interface improvements"?

Also, the bandwidth fix is a big one and should definitely be called out. I
suggest "Reduced network usage when backgrounded", or perhaps something using a
real word in place of "backgrounded".
