aw: Fix selection handle hit testing

Return the y coordinate of the PopupTouchHandleDrawable position when
it is requested. Turns out, returning the x coordinate is bad.

Right... I was about to say that. Especially considering we've launched a public
beta for WebView and our tests for WebView should catch up with Chrome standard
as well.
