Hi,

There has been a minor regression (which may just be noise) here:
https://chromeperf.appspot.com/group_report?bug_id=459175.

This CL was reported by the bisect as being a potential cause. Please can you
take a quick look to confirm that this CL doesn't do anything that may have
created the regression; It appears to be adding more sharded devices to the
tests - could this somehow have created a false perf-regression?
