[Telemetry] Change rasterize_and_record_micro to use key_mobile_sites pageset

Rename key_mobile_sites_cycler -> key_mobile_sites (all the pages do not run any
page interactions).

Rename key_mobile_sites.json -> key_mobile_sites_smooth.json
Rename key_mobile_sites_cycler.json -> key_mobile_sites.json
