Remove references to 'libpeer_allocator_shim' gyp variable. This variable isn't used anymore.  I'll delete the source files in an upcoming cl.

if you look at the source files, you'll see references to variables that are
used from other source files that are tied to how libpeer_target_type works. 
There are #ifdefs and such that make sure the right thing happens (see comment
in supplement.gypi), but if you look at the source files, you'll see that
there's an association there.  As an example, an #include here that would break:
