Content: Stop using ContentViewCore's container as a drawing placeholder

This made it really easy to animate over the content's SurfaceView,
but now we've moved this responsibility lower to the actual views
that are animating. Having this disabled most of the time saves
us one overlay in SurfaceFlinger.
