Pass source device to window.eventSender.gestureFlingStart.

This is the second of three patches.
The first is: https://codereview.chromium.org/902173003

The third patch (in chrome) will change
EventSenderBindings::GestureFlingStart to require a source device.

"To test manually, pinch zoom into the page and perform a touchpad fling. If the
mouse passes over the div it should cause it to scroll"
