Ilya, I just pulled a number out of the air for the new histogram entry, which I
know is wrong. But I can't recall how to force the creation of the correct
value. Please advise.

As documented at the top of the enum, run the unit tests, and it'll tell you.  I
think the correct value is "-300018686" -- that's based on a local python script
that I have.  You'll know whether it's correct by whether all the tests pass :)
