Removing the project ID

The project ID isn't needed, since it's actually ok to expose the API key. We should offer the option of putting it in the manifest though.

It turns out we're not using the project ID after all. We'll stick with the API
key, but prefer for it to be set in the manifest.

Sorry, I was waiting for another copresence owner to review before stamping for
extensions. In case there was a deadlock here, extensions lgtm as-is.
