I took a look at the full log for content_browsertests and there's a whole lot
going on there:
http://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.mac/builders/Mac10.9%20Tests%20%28dbg%29...

The first few failures seem to be in lock_impl_posix.cc(35) in Chrome, not
webrtc.  Any idea what's going on?
