Why not pass some other params value? if not all?

There are only very few of them we can do something with since this is coming
from intents. In the longer run we can probably use more of them if we do
another STL -> Tab.loadUrl <--> STL round-trip, but that has some interesting
timing issues.

Given my comment above, you might want to at least pass whether we want the tab
to be in incognito using the BrowserContext.
