If I don't add it here then the
BrowserCommandControllerTest.NewAvatarMenuEnabledInGuestMode test will fail, as
it exercises the new code path, and the BrowsingDataRemover runs on a
TestingProfile, and will fail without this URLRequestContextGetter. So Yes :)
