Disable building simulator for "x86_64"

The buildbot have an old SDK / Xcode installed that does not
support building a simulator target for "x86_64".

It seems useful to have the test available if the simulator can support it (if
not on the bots, then at least for local testing). Can the test detect what the
situation is and disable itself selectively?

Done, and added back -fobjc-abi-version=2 that is required on the bots.

to use, I should read the documentation more carefully, everything was
written there).
