I couldn't think of a good test for this CL. (I was hoping for a test which
would break if a new member was added to DisplayInfo and not handled in
DisplayInfo::Copy())

The bug was exposed by https://codereview.chromium.org/854203002. The CL changed
the first call to DisplayManager::OnNativeDisplaysChanged() with the internal
display's id
- To occur at startup
- Have an incorrect DisplayInfo::is_aspect_preserving_scaling_
