It's not clear to me why this is a good hash, or what it will be used for.  Can
you add some comments explaining why it's ok to use the BrowserContext's file
path for this?

Done (I think).

I couldn't find a documentation of appropriate uses of GetPath in the
BrowserContext header, but I've tried to express a reasonable constraint on the
use here. Let me know if I missed.
