Great! Go ahead and submit after addressing the two things below on Mac. If the
Mac tests fail when you expose those attributes (e.g. AXSelected doesn't have
the right value) it's up to you whether to fix it in this change, or check it in
skipped and file a bug.

On Mac, the code expose AXSelectedChildren attribute {
NSAccessibilitySelectedChildrenAttribute, @"selectedChildren" }. So I think its
working fine.
And only Item 1 has aria-selected true so, only it would come in
AXSelectedChildren.

AXSelectedChildren=["AXStaticText 1"]

Is something else is wrong?

No, that's correct, but the spec says that the selected child should expose
AXSelected=1 also:
