Thank you for review, there are  win8_chromium_gn_rel and  win8_chromium_gn_dbg
builders, bit this particular target not enabled yet because of build errors in
Windows GN. I am going to fix issues in this type of build one-by-one and enable
all required targets.

Thanks - I'm mainly worried that this'll regress before it's ever used, if
we can't test it :(.
