Update {virtual,override,final} for ui/views_content_client to follow C++11 style.

Fixes compile of views_examples_with_content_exe and app_list_demo on
Mac with toolkit_views.

I missed these in r311528 because the bot I double-checked with wasn't compiling
`All` :/. But it's a chance to update the chromeos bits here too.

And, let me know if I should put an OWNERS file in ui/views_content_client :).
Although, I'm not expecting a lot of changes if you like the current setup.

(history: ui/views_content_client was refactored out of files in
ui/views/examples/. Vision is to use it for ash_shell at some point as well ash
app_list_demo and views_examples_with_conent_exe).
