Holiday batch!

As usual, I accepted sites with the following issues, since adding them to the
HSTS preload list doesn't cause *additional* problems in Chrome:

- SHA-1 certs.
- Support RC4/SSLv3.
- No PFS.
- Susceptible to POODLE.
