Rebuild the debug panel in the browser demo with sky.

This takes another views using debug and converts it to using sky for
the view.

You'll want to load the window manager from an http url instead of the mojo: url
so that you don't end up with 2 copies by accident. :)  That won't happen to you
hear as-is, but if someone tried to connect to the http url instead of the mojo:
url, it wouldn't end up mapped and you'd start a second copy.
