Why do these have the .nexe extension?  Presumably they are not actually nexes.

I think this is because they are built by pnacl-clang and untrusted.gypi. We
could add a condition to untrusted.gypi to get rid of the nexe suffix, but it
would complicate untrusted.gypi.
