Rename browser_frame_factory_aurax11.

Rename browser_frame_factory_aurax11.

This cl renames native_browser_frame_factory_aurax11 to
native_browser_frame_factory_auralinux, so that the same 
implementation can be used with Aura+Ozone combination on linux.

BUG=None.
