Most of these callers didn't need either mac_util or foundation_util?

Did you have to audit each of these includes by hand, or is there a script that
helps check IWYU?

Did them all by hand.

Yes, most of them didn't need it. mac_util dates back forever, so all those
files probably needed it at one time but refactoring and passing time...
