Don't use ProfileIOData in PrintingMessageFilter.

Don't use ProfileIOData in PrintingMessageFilter.

PrintingMessageFilter does not know if ProfileIOData is destroyed. Instead of
ProfileIOData filter can create onw BooleanPrefMember.
