	17 Tests which use the database package's testutils require you to have a MySQL

	18 instance running with a database named "sk_testing" and users called

	19 "readwrite" and "test_root" with appropriate permissions for sk_testing.

	20 setup_test_db script is included in go/database for convenience in setting up

	21 this test database and user.
