Hi Garrett,

I'm going to TBR you on this.

I checked out
http://www.chromium.org/developers/tree-sheriffs/sheriff-details-chromium/han...
and understood that flakiness is not immediately a reason for disabling a test,
but since I'm only back to work in January, I did not want to keep this test
bugging others.
