1 Barback is an asset build system. It is the library underlying

2 [pub](http://pub.dartlang.org/doc/)'s asset transformers in `pub build` and

3 `pub serve`.

5 Given a set of input files and a set of transformations (think compilers,

6 preprocessors and the like), it will automatically apply the appropriate

7 transforms and generate output files. When inputs are modified, it automatically

8 runs the transforms that are affected.
