Fix MediaTypeConvertersTest.

Fix MediaTypeConvertersTest.

Currently we are not serializing the data of a DecoderBuffer. The data will be
serialized into a separate DataPipe. Therefore, drop the data check in
MediaTypeConvertersTest.

See r307328 for details.
