Improve LayoutTest output for Errors

 Tests bad inputs to ECDH's deriveBits()
 
 On success, you will see a series of "PASS" messages, followed by "TEST COMPLETE".

It doesn't look like this expectation has been updated to reflect the changes
you made in the accompanying HTML.

Once this is fixed, LGTM.

If you are building on Linux the steps are somewhat annoying:

  (1) Build the BoringSSL version of WebCrypto:

    # Re-generate the ninja files (i.e. makefiles)
    $ GYP_DEFINES="use_openssl=1" ./build/gyp_chromium
    $ ninja -C out/Debug blink_tests

  (2) Temporarily edit the LayoutTests/TestExpectation file by deleting all of
the crypto/ lines (otherwise failures on Linux will be accepted as working)

  (3) Regenerate baselines with:

     ./Tool/Script/run-webkit-tests --debug --reset-results crypto
