Actually this is different because Initialize uses
media::VideoCodecBridge::IsKnownUnaccelerated. I suggest add one more line to
make sure IsKnownUnaccelerated returns true. "be synced with" is not very clear.
If you calls IsKnownUnaccelerated here, I don't think you need to add that
comment.
