I'm not sure saying it's NaCl-specific is really accurate.  This block looks
generic to me.

AFAIK, all the "#if defined(__rtems__)" conditionals really mean "if not Cygwin"
and maybe "if not Linux", since the Cygwin/Linux versions override a load of
headers, and other versions aren't very well supported.

Maybe just say "The following section is needed to more closely match...".
