Add support for ubuntu 14.10(utopic) to install-build-deps.sh

Added utopic in list of supported version.

TEST=run install-build-deps.sh on ubuntu14.10 or use utopic chroot
environment.

I verified with both ubuntu14.10 & utopic chroot 
its goes fine.
