Delete most of rendering/compositing.

Delete most of rendering/compositing.

Particularly, this deletes RenderLayerCompositor. After this,
there's just CompositingState left to remove.

This is all dead code, so there should be no change in behavior.

doing, but we probably need to do some work for making 3D work again.
