Just to make sure I understand: we don't need to call
toFrameView(widget)->invalidateAllCustomScrollbarsOnActiveChanged() here because
focusOrActiveStateChanged will already get called on sub-frameviews?

invalidateAllCustomScrollbarsOnActiveChanged() here too to invalidate
sub-frameviews. Updated the testcase with iframe, inside iframe.
