This snippet was missed. If RootFrameView has CustomScrollbar and its style has
been changed then ScrollbarGeometry needs to be updated. I missed out that.

I'm not an expert on scrollbar widgets, but doesn't this code call
updateScrollbarGeometry on the FrameView for every scrollbar in every overflow
container in that FrameView as well?
