Travis and I discussed this and that it doesn't make sense to allow switching
back to Sync Everything since the user will either have to disable passwords
manually or enter their passphrase, both of which must be done from the
customize pane. This was confusing the passphrase logic which checked to see if
the existing passphrase conatiner was visible.
