Wrap cursor calls with windows ifdef as cursor support only works on windows right now
Fix order of initialisation warning.
Add DragData #ifelse for Linux

Most of these new linux constructs look identical to the Windows ones. Can you
just defined(OS_WIN) || defined(OS_LINUX) instead?

Reducing code duplicating is good.  I have modified the patch to use that.
