It's not clear to me why TestView and TestViewTarget need ViewCollector? If
someone wants to use viewcollector can't they use it without making TestView and
TestViewTarget depend upon it?

SHould TestViewTarget own the view it creates?

This class is gone due to the rejiggering of the ownership semantics.
