You already clarify it in the body below, but I wonder if we should replace "not
necessary" to avoid making it sound as if it's actually not used internally
either. Maybe we can replace 'necessary' with 'required'? For example,
   "webcomponents.js" not required

Another ideas would be to say:
   "webcomponents.js" injected automatically

(same goes for message #43 above)
