[ServiceWorker] Use the cookie which is differnt from the username in LayoutTest.

Currently we use the cookie name which is same as the username.
But I will add tests which change the username.
For the preparation of them, this patch changes LayoutTest to use the cookie which is differnt from the username.

I'm implementing the redirect support for Fetch API. crbug.com/402389
While redirecting the HTTP request we have to check the username and password in
the redirected URL.
https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/
> If the CORS flag is set and either locationURL's username is not the empty
string or locationURL's password is non-null, return a network error.
So I will add LayoutTest which change the username for authentication.
