nit: I think this might as well be a plain object initialized in the initializer
list.

The issue is that I use the parameter to access the WebContents. It's usually
not a great thing to start using |this| in a ctor and I also wouldn't like to
assume the WebContents is set at that time (it might or might not but I don't
think it's something we should rely on).

Though, that doesn't apply for RenderProcessHost, will change it there.
