This flag might be useful in the future for debugging and I think it should
probably stick around, so the TODOs might not be necessary.

I am sure that we want to keep the number of flags small. Maybe I can come up
with something that allow you to turn this off without using flag.

The reason for reverting is: Bug 424024 is marked fixed. Crash service was not
the reason of the flakiness..
