Add more allocator.gyp:allocator dependencies

Add more allocator.gyp:allocator dependencies

The dependency is necessary to avoid multiple definitions of memory
allocation functions in static_library Debug builds on Windows.

This fixes all the targets I could build before running out of disk space on my
SSD (my out/Debug_x64 dir is now 115 GB!)

Yes, exactly. I started with a 64-bit static debug build, and when that didn't
fit on my disk I moved over to do a 32-bit one. We'll see if that covers all
targets.
