It doesn't seem like the diff exactly matches what's being removed from the
internal file.

If you're adding extra entries, I suggest again splitting into two CLs. One for
the mechanical move, and the follow-up to add additional entries.

This seems to be missing from the original UMAs, which should be included..

Shall I do the mechanical move and then correct whatever I found appropriate?
And how about the deprecated ones? Can I delete them during the mechanical move
or in the later CL?
