Description

linux_aura: Set the UTF-8 version of the window title. While setting the new UTF-8 version of the window title property fixes the symptoms, qe're still setting the legacy property incorrectly. To really fix that bad data, we'll need the equivalent of UTF8ToCompoundText() and vice versa. BUG=319071 Committed: https://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=235642
