Why this isn't currentTabIndex?

I think |currentTabIndex| and |node.tabIndex()| are same in this case.  If
|currentTabIndex| is different from |node.tabIndex()|, the above |if| doesn't
succeed.

Anyway, this is inconsistent with previousNodeWithLowerTabIndex().  I'll post
another CL.
