Remove //content/shell/layout_tests/.

Remove //content/shell/layout_tests/.

The last change to the TestExpectations file was made in January 2013,
and nothing is referring to it (or this directory) anymore.

Don't we need this as the first side of a three-sided-patch when we roll changes
into Chromium that break Blink?

Generally things go the other way, of course, and not touching it since 2013 is
a pretty good argument.

Yes, but if nothing is referring to it anymore then it's not going to do any
good.

This file dates from the time when we were still doing the DRT -> content_shell
transition, if I remember correctly. I'm fairly certain it has long since ceased
to be useful (and I had forgotten about it).

The 3-sided patch file is content/test/test_expectations.txt.
